Thanks to Iberchain project, BioQ Food Quality obtained an automated solution. Now BioQ Technology is enable to verify in line 100% production several critical parameters at any stage of the curing process. This new solution is based on the proprietary BIOBEE microelectronics technology, miniaturized bioimpedance spectroscopy.

COVAP already uses BioQ Food Quality technology for quality control and production of Iberian products in its Iberico Curado Industry. This plant has 26,000 m2 and a capacity to house 800,000 pieces.
Founded in 1959 in Pozoblanco, in the north of the province of Córdoba, it has more than 2,500 active members who spread their herds throughout Andalusia, Extremadura and Castilla-La Mancha.
